We participate in the Regional Multiple Listing Service-cooperating with over 15,000 individual agent members in the Twin Cities area in bringing Buyers & Sellers together to sell homes.

As our own small focused Brokerage, we have no large Real Estate Company Franchise fees or overhead, We also leverage technology to work remotely and avoid commercial office expenses and the need for employees, other agents, office assistants or transaction coordinators. We pass ALL these savings on to our clients. We are also leveraging the beneficial effects for Sellers of the 2024 National Association of Realtors Commission Class Action Settlement, which was aimed at reducing commissions by “un-bundling” Buyer Agent Commissions from the Listing Commission. NO JUNK FEES

Our 2.5% Commission on the final Sales Price of your home is all you will pay for our real estate services. We do not have additional add-on “Admin” or “Junk” fees that the Major Brokerages charge. If comparison shopping, be cautious if you get quoted line item charges on top of the listing % fee, like $599, $699, or even up to $999.
